What I Wore

And Then I Became A Persocom!

The word “persocom” came from the Japanese manga called Chobits. Persocoms are personal computers in somewhat human form. They’re like marionettes who can surf the net, send e-mails and even do chores if you program them too. To distinguish them from humans, they have these cat-like ears on their head.

Chobits is basically a story about the relationship of these persocoms and humans. The story focuses on Chii, an abandoned but absolutely kawaii persocom that Hideki Motosuwa found one night in the garbage.

I used to watch Japanese animés when I was a kid. I’ve seen Sailormoon, Saber Marionette J, Flame of Recca, Yuyu Hakusho (I can sing the opening song even if I don’t understand half of the words I’m singing!), Neon Genesis Evangelion, Fushigi Yuugi, Card Captor Sakura, Pokemon, Digimon, Gundam Wing (The one with Heero as the protagonist), Magic Knight Rayearth, Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X), Vision of Escaflowne (I heart Van, guys) and many more! I obviously saw a lot of series and they’ve greatly influenced my drawing style. Plus, most of them had a really awesome opening theme songs.

Not gonna lie but I look good in blonde. LOL. I should go blonde but I need to make my hair healthy first. More photos under the cut! :)
